Designed to test your patience using a variety of props, such as, blindfolds, blankets, and socks, each class will establish a sense of awareness in the body. By the end of the series you will apply what you've learned and the confidence you've cultivated in two, 60-minute, yoga flows.
Without worrying about what your physical body looks like in a specific pose, you give your mind the freedom to make adjustments and allow your body to reach its peak potential. Bring your gaze inward and use your internal focus -- all you have to do is close your eyes.
